Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

At Southern Star Scientific we are keenly aware the all customers generally would like their products to be shipped immediately. Under normal circumstances we have products in stock so that we can ensure the average or standard time frame between providing payment for the product, and shipment of the product, is on average 2 business days or less. During our busiest times our goal is to ensure products will be shipped to the customer between 1 and 7 days after providing payment for the order. Customers are reminded that their order remains fully refundable from the day of purchase to the moment the product is consigned to the courier. Shipping service (the speed of the service) is the choice of the customer. For many destinations we can offer Express (1 day), Expedited (2-3 days), and Standard Ground shipment. Please note the Ground shipment time to delivery is dependent upon “ship to” address and the services offered by the courier. Not all services are available to all customers as services depend upon the courier providing the services and destination of the products. For example, while city dwellers in most major cities are able to receive products in 1 to 2 business days, couriers (such as UPS, FedEx, etc) are not able to provide the same fast service to rural addresses.
